Once Liquid Screed has been poured, it is recommended for foot traffic around 24/48 hrs. Thereafter the property should be kept warm & well ventilated to encourage the drying time and erection of non-load bearing partitions after 7 days.

50mm is the ideal depth for Liquid Screed, this is so that it is at it maximum capacity to be a good heat conductor, aiding the heat transfer and enhancing efficiency. However dependant of your flooring we can offer solutions/recommendations which will be best suited.

It may be expensive to install however the long term investment will mean you save money on energy bills.

Yes of course, we have a overflow board system which will raise the flooring by 16mm, so there will be no need to remover the concrete floor.
